Client A:

They came to us for advisory services with a concept related to their work they wanted to sell to other companies it was a servicing solution for homeowners.

We met with the client to understand their goals and found that they wanted to take the fast way, without a point of differentiation and without understanding the market well enough to tap into their needs and wants.

With being in a rush to sell without knowing their worth of this home services idea, the client would risk that the market he was serving could simply copy this idea.

The solution was to "License" this service and sell the rights to it. Thus making income and protecting him from competitors stealing the idea.

We referred the client to a franchise and licensing consultant to further fine tune the notion of selling a license agreement and seeing the worth of his idea, before hitting the market unprepared.

Client B:

Imagine, you are a young entrepreneur selling a homemade hot sauce. You are currently selling at a farmers market location in Toronto's East end, one day a week.

Our coaching suggested she might want to grow by selling her products to small independent food stores and that once food safety issues were met to begin going to small boutique food shops and sharing here sauces and securing minimum orders such as 1 case of 12 to start and open the accounts.

What this did was give our client the green light and she saw opportunity and possibility!

Eventually, as more small food shops ordered she could build credibility and traction to inspire bigger food chains to take note and show buying interest. This is still happening as the client balances a full time job with a side hustle she loves.

Client C:

A Youth employment agency offers a youth entrepreneur program, they wanted to beef up the learning and take somewhat dry business classes such as market research, planning and marketing/sales and make it  more dynamic.

What came out of it was the RPM program we referred to fast cars, get revved up, start your engines throughout the revised program and breathed new life into a normally slightly boring series of learning sessions. We made it fun and engaging, with video, group discussion and participation!
