Commitment is a powerful word. It is not about "trying, or maybe or hope", it is about digging in and doing the work, the best you possibly can and serving those you work with, with passion, integrity, purpose.
It is about sharing your talents, gifts, ideas with your clients and being committed to their success and from that your success!
