It is time to Raise Da Vibes...On March 5th, you can do just that!

 

We are past the middle of February and if you live anywhere near the GTA you know the past week has boxed us in with snow, cold and wild conditions this winter. That is why I am happy to share that we are hosting a late winter "Pick me-up" event called “Raise Da Vibes” event on March 5^th (Wednesday) at 7 pm-8:30 pm.

 

 This event is about raising our spirits, empowering, learning, connecting, moving, inspiring us, and celebrating our new book called Live Life SWIFT. 

 

The Raise Da Vibe Event is sharing the wisdom from the book and there are several guest teachers for this event, that you will love to meet. We will tap into leadership, beating burnout, manage time in a way that will be unique, plus we will learn about the power of journaling, and we will have body movement to really "raise da vibe"! Plus, live music to groove too as well!
