First Wednesday is back, with the focus on Joy-May 7th at 7:00 PM-8:30 PM
This April has been so full on, yet a bit heavy. We feel it in the topsy world, in our work or businesses, and in life in general. It is all a bit unsettled and there are some challenges that we’re all going through it seems.
As a result, our May 7th, First Wednesday evening is about bringing more joy into our life and to have access to that in all parts of our SWIFT life. Let’s lighten the load for our next event!
Guest teacher, Tracey Zhang will share how to access more joy and will guide us in a mini meditation.
Tracey does somatic healing, coaching, breathwork and is a truly gentle and giving woman.
Remember our First Wednesday event is all about , community, learning, inspiring discussion and creating a life you love in May!

We are living in a time of great change. Change can be exciting, or it can be a bit much.
It seems one thing is true, we are all going through some form of change, re-invention, re-grouping, and re-visioning.
What worked in the past, isn't working now. Many of us entrepreneurs have found out the hard way that businesses or work we did in the past isn't serving us or providing us the way it used to.
The notion of change, shifting into something new is exciting! It may look scary at first, and in the end it is not a bad thing to have happen. Change can be uncomfortable, and if you are an entrepreneur who is coming face-to-face with having to move into the new, we have good news!
The change you are wanting to see have happen, can be exciting, it can be a deep passion project that you have wanted to launch, or it can be a different way to work, or being a laptop entrepreneur by the beach even. Or simply it could be about, incorporating more joy, abundance, creativity to how you choose to move forward.
Maybe, you want to be about sharing your gifts and really serving people in a profound way, that is all about impact, abundance, and grace.
You might be asking, how am I going to do this? In the book “Who, Not How”, by authors, Dr. Benjamin Hardy, and coach Dan Sullivan, asking how is not the best question to ask, and what you want to ask is “Who” can help me achieve my goals?
